New Necklace for the Weekend!

I made this necklace awhile ago, but I love it!  It really brings to mind all the Bohemian, Native American influence in fashion right now, but with a modern interpretation.  I wanted it to feel like "fringe" but made out of beads! I was inspired by necklaces like this:

 

and this:

But I wanted mine to have more bright colors!  So, I used green, turquiose, blue and purple beads in mine....what do you think? :)
